Royal Challengers Bangalore will take on Sunrisers Hyderabad in the eliminator of the Indian Premier League. The match will be played on the Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium and is scheduled to begin at 6:00 PM local time

RCB’s campaign in the Indian Premier League comprises of two extreme halves. In the first half they played like a team that was there to win, in the second half they completely lost their way. It’s not that they’re playing poor cricket, they’ve just not been good enough. All of their batsmen have some runs behind them, it’s just that they haven’t been able to score freely which has made them settle for a below par score. Wriddhiman Saha at the top has been phenomenal. His blitz in the powerplay allows David Warner to set himself in and later capitalize on the start. Manish Pandey too have been finding some form in the last few games. Credit must also be given to the Hyderabad bowlers for keeping their reputation even after the injury to their lead pacer Bhuveneshwar Kumar. Sandeep Sharma has been brilliant along with T Natarajan and Shahbaz Ahmed. Not much need to be said about the class of Rashid Khan. The only loop hole in Hyderabad team is their middle and lower middle order that hasn’t delivered as per the expectation. Overall, it’s building up for an enthralling encounter but with momentum on their side, Sunrisers Hyderabad are big favourites to win the match
