West Indies vs Australia 4th T20 Match Prediction

  • Chris Gayle passed 14,000 T20 runs whilst top scoring for West Indies in Tuesday’s IT20. He hit 7 sixes and is a good tip for West Indies’ highest run scorer in this clash. Hayden Walsh took 2-18 to follow-up his 6 wickets across the opening 2 matches. He is an excellent choice for West Indies’ top wicket taker.
  • Aaron Finch produced some runs for the first time in the series with 30 from 31 balls in the third IT20. This could be the turning point for him in the series and he is a reliable option for Australia’s leading run scorer. With the ball, Mitchell Starc recorded 1-15 on Tuesday, his best figures of the series and is a strong contender for Australia’s top wicket taker.
  • Nicholas Pooran hit 32* but didn’t contribute to any dismissals in the field in the third game of the series. Matthew Wade hit 23 from 16 balls at the top of the order and took the catch to dismiss Chris Gayle in the same game. We would suggest Matthew Wade as the top wicket-keeper in this match.

Venue-Darren Sammy Stadium – Gros Islet, Saint Lucia

Winner -Australia

WI vs AUS Match Toss Prediction

Aaron Finch changed his approach and chose to bat first in the last IT20. However, that did not work for Australia so we envisage both captains to look to insert the opposition this time.

WI vs AUS Pitch Report

Australia were unable to pace their innings correctly on Tuesday. The wicket certainly has a score of 200+ in it although we would only expect that from West Indies currently.

Weather Report

Similar conditions to earlier in the week with perhaps slightly less cloud than in other games.

West Indies Predicted Playing 11

Australia Predicted Playing 11

Rajasthan Royals started the tournament in a flamboyant fashion by almost chasing down a towering total against Kings XI Punjab. Their fans have since then are waiting to see Royals put up a solid batting performance. To add to their woes, Ben Stokes was pushed out of the side due to a hand injury, which pushed Jos Buttler to the top, but he hasn’t really been able to weave his magic yet.

Before the last match, Rajasthan’s problem was primarily with their batting. However, the Royal Challengers Bangalore highlighted how single-dimensional the Royals’ bowling attack is. With the bat, the Royals have tons of firepower in the middle-order, but that is being utilized more to rebuild the innings than to launch a late assault. Manan Vohra’s form has been disappointing and we expect the Royals to make a change at the top in the upcoming match.

The Royals woes at the top with the bat are illustrated with the fact that no team in IPL 2021 has lost more wickets than the Royals in the powerplay. Besides, they are the team with the least run-rate in the same period amongst all teams. Royals do have a lot of options available in the dug-out and a change is certainly coming in this upcoming match.

With the ball, the Royals have blown hot and cold to say the least. At times, they have appeared to be one of the most resilient teams with the ball and at other times, they have looked listless. Against Punjab and Bangalore, the bowlers were taken away for plenty and we expect some change in this department as well.

All in all, the Royals are struggling at the moment. While they do have truckloads of talent available in Buttler, Samson, Miller, Tewatia, Parag, and Sakaria, they have been found wanting in the execution department. If they can pull things together in the upcoming match, the fans will see a royal show.

Royal Challengers Bangalore is unbeaten in IPL 2021 so far and is leading the table with three wins out of three matches. There is a legitimate reason for the fans to get excited as RCB is now going to be playing in conditions that should suit it better.

RCB’s next match is against the Rajasthan Royals who have been struggling to get the level of consistency needed in their performances. RR has lost two out of its three matches and none of its big names are performing as expected. It will have a slight advantage over RCB because it knows what to expect from the conditions having played all of its matches in Mumbai.

We expect an exciting and high-scoring contest between two strong batting teams!

The games in Mumbai have produced higher scoring games than those in Chennai so far in the tournament. We expect a pitch which delivers scores approaching 200.

The Mumbai Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad played two very exciting matches at Chennai in the first week of IPL 2020. While the Mumbai Indians triggered a dramatic collapse and won the game against KKR, Sunrisers Hyderabad suffered a dramatic collapse and lost its match against RCB.

Needless to say, Mumbai Indians is the happier camp to be in right now.

SRH has lost both its matches in IPL 2021 so far and has some pretty big issues to get past. The team is not balanced and the choice of the overseas players is not clear either. MI also has to make a few adjustments in its strategy as it is going to be playing five matches in Chennai during IPl 2021 and those are not going to be easy to win.

Mumbai Indians vs Sunrisers Hyderabad IPL 2021 is going to be played at the MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai on the 17th of April 2021.

Date -Apr 17, 2021

Time-19:30 IST / 14:00 GMT

Venue -MA Chidambaram Stadium – Chennai, India

Winner -Mumbai Indians

The toss is going to be very interesting. Teams have had a tough time chasing in Chennai and we think they may start opting to bat first from here on in. The dew that was expected to even things out has not yet turned up and the ball becomes very difficult to hit after it becomes a bit old.

The conditions in Chennai have been quite tough for the batsmen. The new ball has been the best time to bat against and the spinners have held sway after that. The death overs used to be where the batting side would attack the most but that has proven to be very difficult indeed.

A total of around 150-160 should be seen as very competitive batting first. The pitch will continue to be slow, offer turn, and test the batsmen.

IPL 2021 has thrown up some very exciting matches so far and the fact that teams are playing their matches at neutral venues has thrown up some unique challenges for them. Two teams that we believe are pretty well-suited to play in high-scoring conditions are going to be playing against each other at the Wankhede, Mumbai (the highest-scoring venue in the IPL).

Rajasthan Royals nearly chased down 221 in their match against Punjab Kings, falling short of just 4 runs in the end. Delhi Capitals chased down a small total against CSK with ease and showed just why they are considered to be one of the front runners for the title in IPL 2021.

Which of these two is going to come out on top?

Rajasthan Royals vs Delhi Capitals IPL 2021 is going to be played at the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai on the 15th of April 2021.

Date -15 April 2021

Time – 19:30 IST / 14:00 GMT

Venue – Wankhede Stadium – Mumbai, India

Winner – Delhi Capitals

The team that wins the toss is going to want to field first. There is no question about that since Wankhede is a very difficult ground to defend at.

The weather is going to be pretty good for cricket although a bit on the humid side. The pitch has been brilliant for batsmen and just full of runs. 190 was chased down by DC with 10 balls to spare in the first match here and RR almost chased down 221 in the next.

Expect a lot of runs to be scored in this next match as well.

We think the team batting first would like 200-210 at the very least while batting first.

Weather Report

There will be no clouds around and a temperature in the high 20s during the game.

Rajasthan Royals Predicted Playing 11

Manan Vohra, Jos Buttler, Sanju Samson (c) (wk), Shivam Dube, Riyan Parag, Rahul Tewatia, Liam Livingstone, Chris Morris, Shreyas Gopal, Chetan Sakariya, Mustafizur Rahman

Delhi Capitals Predicted Playing 11

Mumbai Indians have remained true to form and lost their first match on the IPL. They now need to get serious and try to win against the Kolkata Knight Riders in the second match of the tournament.

KKR started with a very impressive win against the Sunrisers and is going to be full of confidence going into this match. While both teams have played their match at Chennai, the conditions seemed to have been quite different.

The first match was quite low-scoring and the pitch was quite difficult to bat on while the second match was very high-scoring. It will be quite interesting to see what we get in the third match at this venue.

Kolkata Knight Riders vs Mumbai Indians IPL 2021 is going to be played at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai on the 13th of April 2021.

Date -13 April 2021

Time – 19:30 IST / 14:00 GMT

Venue –  MA Chidambaram Stadium – Chennai, India

Winner -Mumbai Indians

The team that wins the toss is going to want to field first. The pitch seems to be playing surprisingly well and while we have not seen too much of dew just yet, even a little bit will help the chasing team more.

There is no threat of rain that is going to interrupt the match. The pitch for the second match looked a lot drier and seemed to have cracks but it held up superbly and ended up being a high-scoring match.

We are hoping for the same but the teams will want to load up their sides with spinners just in case the true Chennai wicket turns up!

A score of around 170 seems to be par for the venue right now.

Weather Report

The weather looks fine with temperatures hovering around mid 20’s.

Kolkata Knight Riders Predicted Playing 11

Shubman Gill, Rahul Tripathi, Nitish Rana, Eoin Morgan (c), Dinesh Karthik (wk), Andre Russell, Shakib Al Hasan, Pat Cummins, Harbhajan Singh, Prasidh Krishna, Varun Chakravarthy

  • West Indies has a strong batting lineup but playing the long game is not its strength
  • Sri Lanka’s spinners were very effective in the T20 series and that is only likely to continue in this match

The T20 series between West Indies and Sri Lanka was very exciting! We don’t think many people expected Sri Lanka to come as close as it did to beat the West Indies. Now, it is time for the ODI series between West Indies and Sri Lanka, also in Antigua, but in a different stadium.

We think it is fair to say that West Indies tends to struggle as the format becomes a bit longer and so the 50 over format is going to be more challenging. It still has a full-strength to pick from, though, and that was not always the case in recent times.

Sri Lanka will add a few key players to the side and hope that it is able to use its strengths better in the longer format of the game. One thing is for sure, there is going to be no shortage of excitement!

West Indies vs Sri Lanka 1st ODI 2021 is going to be played at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, North Sound, Antigua on the 10th of March 2021.

Date – Mar 10, 2021

Time – 19:00:00, GMT +5:30

Venue – Sir Vivian Richards Stadium – Antigua, Antigua And Barbuda

Winner – West Indies

Toss Prediction

West Indies lost the last two tosses in the T20i series so they are due this one, though they appear to be happy to field first

The weather conditions in Antigua are very good for cricket. There is very little chance of rain forecast and so we should be able to enjoy a complete uninterrupted encounter. The pitch at the Sir Vivan Richards Stadium is known to be pretty quick in comparison to some of the others in the region.

This usually translates to plenty of runs bring hit and a fast pace of the game. The spinners will get some help but may have to rely on the bounce more than turn to get their wickets.

A score of around 250 seems to be par batting first.

Weather Report

Antigua is set to be partly cloudy, but the chance of rain is very low.

West Indies Predicted Playing 11

Shai Hope (wk), Evin Lewis, Darren Bravo, Kyle Mayers, Nicholas Pooran, Kieron Pollard, Jason Holder, Fabian Allen, Romario Shepherd, Alzarri Joseph, Kevin Sinclair

Sri Lanka Predicted Playing 11

New Zealand Vs Australia 4th T20 Match Prediction

  • Australia finally turned up to the party and won its first game of this T20 series against New Zealand. It was a performance that we had been expecting for quite some time now but the inexperience seemed to count against Australia in previous matches.

All of their experienced players got back in form and the series could be a lot more closely contested from here on in. New Zealand will want to chalk its loss as a one-off but will know it has some areas to improve in as well.

Can Australia continue its momentum and win this next match to set up a decider? Will New Zealand strike back harder than ever before? Let’s see what is likely to happen.

New Zealand vs Australia 4th T20 2021 is going to be played at the Westpac Stadium, Wellington on the 5th of March 2021.

Date – Mar 05, 2021

Time – 11:30:00, GMT +5:30

Venue- Westpac Stadium – Wellington, New Zealand

Winner – New Zealand

Toss Prediction

Its a brilliant wicket to bat and the skipper that wins the toss might opt to bat

Pitch Report

The conditions in Wellington are expected to be good for cricket. There is some rain around but nothing that should seriously interrupt the match. The pitch at Westpac was very flat and good for batting. The unique nature of the ground where one side was much shorter than the other allowed the players to target it for their big-hits.

Nothing much is going to change for the next match and we expect the pitch to play very well once more. A score of around 180-190 must be the minimum that teams batting first are going to aim for.

Weather Report

The weather looks good with bright sunshine and temperatures around 20 degrees

New Zealand Predicted Playing 11

Martin Guptill, Tim Seifert (wk), Kane Williamson (c), Devon Conway, Glenn Phillips, James Neesham, Mark Chapman, Kyle Jamieson, Tim Southee, Ish Sodhi, Trent Boult

The Pakistan Super League has just gone to a whole different level in the past few matches as the batsmen have come to terms with the conditions and are playing attacking cricket. The matches have got closer and it has been very exciting to watch.

The two teams that are playing this match are at opposite ends of the PSL 2021 League table. The Lahore Qalandars have won both their matches pretty convincingly while the Multan Sultans have lost both of theirs.

Multan Sultans had a real chance to win both of their matches but they cracked under the pressure. This match is very important for them as recovering from three losses in a row is going to be very difficult.

Lahore Qalandars vs Multan Sultans PSL 2021 is going to be played at the National Stadium, Karachi on the 26th of February 2021.

Date – 26 feb 2021

Time- 15:30:00, GMT +5:30

Venue –  National Stadium – Karachi, Pakistan

Winner – Lahore Qalandars

The team that wins the toss is going to want to field first. Every single match of PSL 2021 so far has been won by the team that has chased. No question about it, winning the toss is a huge advantage and must be taken into account while placing your bets.

The pitch in Karachi seems to have become better to bat on in the previous few games. Scores have gone past 190 and almost 400 runs have been scored in the previous two matches. Hopefully, this trend will continue and we get to see more exciting batting.

The bowlers have something to work with in the first inning but it is clear that the dew makes it harder for the team that is bowling second.

A score of around 180 should be seen as par batting first but it is by no means a winning total as we have seen already.

The toss plays a huge role in the outcome of the matches but that is not something we know about right now. Considering the strength of the batting in the Multan Sultans lineup, the absence of Rashid Khan from the Lahore Qalandars, and the shift of the pitch towards one that favors the batsmen, we are going to back the Multan Sultans in this match.

Lahore Qalandars Predicted Playing 11

Fakhar Zaman, Sohail Akhtar (c), Mohammad Hafeez, Joe Denly, Ben Dunk (wk), Samit Patel, David Wiese, Shaheen Afridi, Ahmed Daniyal, Haris Rauf

Multan Sultans Predicted Playing 11

James Vince, Mohammad Rizwan (c, wk), Chris Lynn, Rilee Rossouw, Sohaib Maqsood, Khushdil Shah, Shahid Afridi, Carlos Brathwaite, Sohail Tanvir, Mohammad Umar, Usman Qadir

LHQ vs MS Dream11 Team Prediction

  • Batsmen:Fakhar Zaman, Sohail Akhtar, James Vince
  • All Rounder:Mohammad Hafeez, Samit Patel, Carlos Brathwaite, Shahid Afridi
  • Wicket Keeper:Mohammad Rizwan (c)
  • Bowler:Shaheen Afridi (vc), Haris Rauf, Sohail Tanvir

  • Peshawar Zalmi has a better bowling lineup
  • Both teams need their top-order to fire after a poor performance in the first match they played
  • Peshawar Zalmi has a better selection of Pakistani players and that could be a big advantage

The Pakistan Super League has got off to a bit of a sedate start as scoring rates have remained low and the bowlers have dominated. We are hoping that the team will start come into their own now that they would have gotten used to the conditions.

Two teams that have lost their opening match are going to be playing this match against each other. Peshawar Zalmi and Multan Sultans would have been disappointed with their performances in the opening match.

They each had a chance to press for the win but their poor batting eventually cost them the match.

Peshawar Zalmi vs Multan Sultans PSL 2021 is going to be played at the National Stadium, Karachi on the 23rd of February 2021.

Peshawar Zalmi vs Multan Sultans PSL T20 Match Prediction

  • Multan Sultans and Peshawar Zalmi will both look to bounce back from opening defeats when they meet in the 2021 Pakistan Super League.
  • Multan Sultans, who topped the table last season only to miss out in the play-offs, could not defend 150/8 in their opening three-wicket loss to Islamabad United.
  • Peshawar Zalmi had earlier been unable to defend 140/6 in their own four-wicket loss to start the tournament with defeat to Lahore Qalandars.

Date – 23 Feb 2021

Time – 19:30:00, GMT +5:30

Venue – National Stadium – Karachi, Pakistan

Winner – Peshawar Zalmi

PSZ vs MS Toss Prediction

The team that wins the toss is going to want to field first. Chasing has been a huge advantage and so far all the three matches have been won by the team that has fielded first. Make sure you take this into account while placing your bets.

Weather Report

Karachi’s weather forecast barely changes all week – it will be hot, dry and sunny.

Pitch Condition

The conditions have been a bit slow but flat overall. There is nothing in the surface for the bowlers, however, the slow nature of the surface makes it difficult for the batsmen to score as well. As a result, we have seen some middling scores of around 140-150 batting first.

Batting becomes easier when the dew comes down and makes it easy for the chasing team.

Peshawar Zalmi Predicted Playing 11

Imam-ul-Haq, Kamran Akmal (wk), Haider Ali, Shoaib Malik, Ravi Bopara, Sherfane Rutherford, Amad Butt, Wahab Riaz (c), Saqib Mahmood, Mohammad Imran, Mujeeb Ur Rahman
