Each franchise was allowed to pick, three players from the platinum category, three from the diamond, three from the gold, five from the silver, two emerging and four from the supplementary group.

Dhaka Dynamites vs Rangpur Riders Qualifier 2 Prediction

The Dhaka Dynamites arrested their slump and won two must-win encounters against Rajshahi Kings and Chittagong Vikings respectively, and now are scheduled to play the Qualifier 2 against Rangpur Riders at the renowned Sher-E-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka. The Dynamites, captained by Shakib Al Hasan, are the three-time champions and are pretty accustomed to winning games in crunch moments.

The Riders, on the other hand, are the defending champions but are depleted as AB de Villiers and Alex Hales aren’t part of the championship. After winning six matches in a row, the team, led by Mashrafe Mortaza, lost against Comilla Victorians and the X-factor in the batting order was seen missing big time. Last time, they beat the Dynamites by eight wickets, but this time around, their task won’t be easy.

South Africa vs Pakistan 3rd T20 Prediction

South Africa are high on confidence and have momentum with them after winning the first two games of the T20I series. Pakistan have a comprehensive win over South Africa in the only T20I they have played against them at the SuperSport Park.

The scorecard of the three-match T20I series would show that South Africa have won it by taking an unassailable 2-0 lead. However, both encounters turned out to be absolute thrillers with the visiting team failing to hold its nerve in the death overs. The Proteas didn’t have Faf du Plessis and David Miller would be satisfied that he led the team to glory against the ICC’s number-one ranked T20I team.

New Zealand vs India 1st T20 Prediction

New Zealand and India will be pitted against each other for the second time in Wellington in the last three days. But the format will be different this time. The visitors are yet to win a T20I in New Zealand and the hosts would feel a bit more confident after knowing this record. However, it matters very little when one looks at the current form of the teams. India are on a winning spree at the moment and given their strength in the limited-overs format, it won’t be a cake-walk for New Zealand by any means.

Pitch and Conditions

The pitch for the fifth ODI slowed down considerably in the second innings and this pitch too might behave the same way with the Women’s game also being played on the same pitch just before this match. Having said that, the record favours the chasing teams and it will be interesting to see if the team winning the toss will bowl first. As far as the conditions are concerned, it will be cloudy and windy in Wellington with the 8 PM start and the temperatures will hover in the mid-10s.
